A CAR fire has closes the A55 as the region experiences increased Bank Holiday weekend traffic
Two lanes on the eastbound carriageway are currently closed at Rhuallt Hill.

Traffic officers are at the scene with emergency services also sent to the scene.
The eastbound carriageway is now closed at J28 Waen with traffic being diverted off at J28.
It's advised to avoid the area if possible.
Traffic has been heavy today as the Easter weekend starts, with congestion experienced in Flintshire, Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd.
UPDATE: The car has been removed and all lanes are open.
