JONES. - JOHN HUGH (Jack) Avril, Wendy and family would like to thank all their family, friends and neighbours for all the kindness and support shown to them during the sad loss of Jack. Many thanks to the Royal British Legion for their attendance and to the doctors and nurses on Ward 1 at Glan Clwyd Hospital. Thank you to all who kindly donated �372.50 towards the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal and Help for Heroes. Heartfelt thanks to Rev Clive Southerton for the lovely service and his kind ministrations, and thanks also to Jayne at R. Glyn Jones Funeral Directors for her caring funeral arrangements.
