ROBERTS. - DAVID (JAKE) Pat and family wish to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for all the kind messages of sympathy and support received during their sad loss. Special thanks to the staff at Glan Clwyd Hospital for all the care shown to Jake, to the Rev. John Harvey for his kind ministrations, to all who attended the service at St. Melyd Church and to everyone who kindly donated towards the �390 for the Heart & Stroke Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital. Also to Peter Roberts & staff for their caring and compassionate services.
