CLAIRE BRAMWELL (nee Stocks) - Passed away peacefully in Sue Ryder Hospice, Abington on 30th July 2017, after a long battle with brain cancer, formerly from Rhyl. Loving wife of Chris and devoted mum to Becky and Chloe. Youngest daughter of the late John Stocks and Cynthia. Sister to Andrew, Lynda, Kevin and the late Stephen Stocks.
Now at peace and will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
