BROOKES . - GEORGE EDWARD August 1st 2017, peacefully at his home Ystrad Farm Denbigh, aged 95 years. Beloved husband of the late Joan Brookes, much loved father of Sandy, Helen, Janet, Rachel and the late Mary and sons-in-law Edward, Rikki, Mark and Philip, loving popsie of Kelly, Toni, Venetia, Hugh, Stephen, Emma, Natalie and Stephanie and great grandson Joshua. Sadly missed by all his family and many friends. Service and interment at St. Dyfnog's Church, Llanrhaeadr on Monday August 14th at 2.00 pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu kindly accepted towards Marie Curie and St. Kentigern Hospice per Ivor Howatson and Son, Ruthin Road, Denbigh. Tel: 01745 812061
