ANGELA ROSAMUND COPPACK Passed away peacefully at Bradshaw Manor Care Home on 15th November 2017, aged 74 years.
Beloved wife to Allan, much loved mother to Caroline, Gareth and his partner Adele and devoted nan to Louie and Maddie.
Family flowers only but if desired donations in memory of Angela will be gratefully received for the Alzheimer's Society.
