MEREDITH . - CONNIE Who died peacefully at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd on Friday 17th November 2017, aged 90 years. Devoted mother to Glinys and Trevor, loving mother-in-law to Jane and Charlie and treasured nana glasses to all her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Connie will be sorely missed and forever remembered by all who knew her. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 6th December 2017 at 2pm in Prestatyn Parish Church followed by committal at St. Asaph Crematorium.
