DURKIN. - PATRICIA (Pat) Nee REES died suddenly on 20 November 2017 in Perth, Australia, aged 87 years and of Rhyl. Beloved wife of the late Len and much loved mum to Andrew. She will be deeply missed by her loving sister Dee, her daughter-in-law Eimear, grandchildren, Michaela, Justine, Stewart, Ashleigh and Luke and her great grandchildren as well as her extended family and many dear friends. A funeral service will take place in Perth on Wednesday 29th November 2017 at Pinnaroo Valley Chapel & Crematorium at 9.30am. A memorial service will be held in Rhyl with details to follow.
