WILLIAMS Richard Anthony (formerly of Denbighshire County Council Highways). Passed away on 1st January 2018 aged 61 years. Dearly loved husband of Pamela and much loved father to Emma. Adored by his grandchildren. Richard will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral service on Friday 19th January 2018 at 11.45am at Colwyn Bay Crematorium.
