JEAN STUBBS Retired Conwy County Councillor and Abergele Town Councillor sadly passed away very peacefully on the 27th February 2018. Devoted wife, adoring mother and grandmother. Cremation will take place on the 20th March at St. Asaph Crematorium at 4pm. Request for family flower only and for donations in remembrance to be gifted to Parkinson's UK.
