IRIS CHARLESWORTH Passed away March 19th 2018 aged 82 years at Glan Clwyd Hospital in the presence of her loving sons Roy, Mark, John and David. Devoted nan, sister, aunty and friend to many. Reunited with beloved husband Ron. Sadly missed and always remembered. Funeral to take place at St. Thomas' Church, 1pm Thursday 5th April, followed by cremation at Denbighshire Memorial Park, St. Asaph at 2pm.
