SUSAN JAYNE SMITH September 14th 2018, peacefully in hospital, aged 60 years of Burns Drive, Rhyl. Much loved mother of Gavin and Leanne, dear mother-in-law of Wayne and Angelica, loving nanna of Corey, Rosie and Sophie, dear sister of David and beloved partner of Douglas. Sadly missed by all her family and many friends. Service at the Denbighshire Crematorium, St. Asaph on Wednesday October 3rd at 2.00pm.
