JOAN PAMELA RICHARDS nee Weighill Passed peacefully on January 20th, 2021, at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 90. A loving mother to Paul and Andrew (Grahame), Joan was also a teacher for many years and is fondly remembered by her former pupils. Her family would like to thank Seashells for the invaluable care they provided Joan for her last two years.
