FOSTER-HIGGINS Bernard 15th February 2021. Peacefully in hospital of Tyn y Morfa, Gwespyr, aged 91 years. Beloved husband of Dwynwen, much loved dad to Karen and Susan, devoted grandad to Katie, Carrie-Ann, Bethan, Adam, Michelle, Stephen and Daniel, a much missed great grandad to Chloe, Dylan, Harri, Alisha and Olivia, and a dear brother to Tom.
