DAVE SMITH 4th June 2021 peacefully at Broadgreen Hospital aged 74 years and of Prestatyn, formerly of Rhyl. Loving Husband of Lys. Loving Father to David and father in law of Lauren. A Cherished Taid to Oscar and Rose, and a much loved Brother of Ann. Dave will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A private service will be held for Dave at St Asaph Crematorium on Friday 18th of June 2021 at 12pm. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired in memory of Dave will be gratefully received towards the Intensive Care Unit at Broadgreen Hospital.
