HAMER Hannah nee Jones On 2nd June 2023 peacefully in Glan Clwyd Hospital aged 83 years. A loving Mum to Janet and Gareth. A treasured Nan to Ceri, Louise and Katy and a great-nan to Lewis and Georgia. A dear sister who will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service and committal on Friday 23rd June at the Denbighshire Memorial Park and Crematorium, St. Asaph at 10am.
