McGAGH Sarah Elizabeth 11th July 2023, peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Hafod Y Green, Trefnant, aged 61 years and of Prestatyn. Dear Daughter of June Jefferies & Tony Jefferies. Loving Mum of Orla. Beloved partner of Peter. Sarah will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family & friends. Funeral service to be held at Denbighshire Memorial Park, St Asaph on Tuesday 8th August 2023 at 11:00am. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired in memory of Sarah will be gratefully accepted towards Cancer Research.
