JONES Pat 4th February 2024 Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital, of Bryn Stanley, Denbigh, aged 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Merfyn; loving mum to Phillip, Kevin, Andrew and the late Tony, and mother in law to Tina and Wendy; proud nain to Jacob, Emma, Gareth and Thomas, and great-nain to Charlie, Oliver, Esmee, Leo, Owen, Elisha, Kyilan, Ella, Myles and Mila, and a fond sister, sister in law, aunty and friend who will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service at St Asaph Crematorium on Tuesday, 20th February at 2pm. Family flowers only, but donations in memory of Pat will be gratefully accepted towards St Kentigern Hospice.
