NORTH Wales Police is calling for information to help identify the body of a man found on the beach in Llandudno.
The force was alerted at 8.40am on December 9 to reports of a body of a man being found on the beach near to Craigside.
An investigation is underway and the death is currently being treated as unexplained.
Acting Det Insp Rob Mahoney said; “Following the sad discovery of a man’s body on the beach at Llandudno, his identity remains unknown.
"He is a white male believed to be in his 40’s and is about 5’7” tall.
"I’m appealing for witnesses who may have seen anyone acting in an unusual manner in the area Tuesday evening to Wednesday morning, or anyone who has concerns for the whereabouts of a man matching this description, to call 101 or use the live webchat
