PUBLIC NOTICE
DENBIGHSHIRE County Council intends, from no sooner than June 16, to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using the lengths of road referred to in the schedule below.
The closure is necessary to facilitate safe access to underground structures to install fibre optic cables by Sunbelt Rentals on behalf of Openreach.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
The signposted alternative route will be via B5430, From B5430 Junction to Pant y Gwylanod, Pant y Gwylanod to Eryrys Crossroads, Eryrys to Bryn Defaid.
The Order is effective from July 5 and expected to last for four days.
Schedule
Lengths of road at Graianrhyd in the County of Denbigh
1) The entire length of the unclassified road known as Rose and Crown to Cemetery,
which extends northward from its junction with the B5430 for a distance of approximately 540m.
2) That length of the unclassified road known as Bryn Defaid to Cemetery which extends northward from the road known as Rose and Crown to Cemetery to its junction with the road known as Tan y Graig to Tyn y Pistyll for a distance of approximately 1.15km.
