A WANTED person search has been launched for a man who failed to turn up for his court hearing.
Police are searching for 26-year-old Billy Dean Johnson, from Hereford, but who has North Wales links.
Officers have issued a warrant for his arrest and are asking the public to please report any sightings of him or if they know where he is.
