IT'S starting to feel a lot like Christmas in Denbighshire.
Vale of Clwyd MS Gareth Davies has launched his 2021 Christmas Card photography competition, which is open to all Vale of Clwyd residents.
Whether people are photography professionals or just like taking snaps on their phone, entries from all abilities are welcome.
This year's theme is 'Winter in Vale of Clwyd' and Mr Davies is looking for snow-kissed scenes showcasing the beauty of our area in the winter season, with the winning entry being featured on the politician’s official Christmas card for 2021.
Recipients of Gareth's card include some local organisations and businesses, community leaders and politicians from across Wales and the UK, including the Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
For a chance for your photograph to be seen by the PM, send in your high-resolution image entries digitally, with a description of your picture, your name and address via email to Gareth.L.Davies@Senedd.Wales
If the photograph includes images of people, prospective entrants also need to include written consent for the use of their image.
Entrants must be residents of Vale of Clwyd and the closing date for the competition is 5pm on November 10.
This year’s winner's prize is a £25 One4All gift voucher and a hand-signed commemorative certificate, as well as the image being featured on Gareth Davies' Christmas card.
