DENBIGHSHIRE County Council has issued orders prohibiting vehicles from using two roads in the county.
Not sooner than seven days from December 8, an order is to be made prohibiting vehicles using the road from Cyffylliog to Hiraethog, Cyffylliog, which extends from its junction with Cyffylliog village to Nant Uchaf and the spur to its junction with Ysgubor Newydd to Bryn Gwyn.
The closure is necessary to facilitate resurfacing and siding works by the council's works unit.
There will be signposted alternative routes available to motorists.
The order is effective from January 2, 2022 for an 18-month period or the earlier completion of the works, whichever is soonest.
The works are expected to last approximately until May 31, 2022.
An order will also be in place for not sooner than seven days from December 8 prohibiting vehicles using the length of unclassified road known as Tan Y Bryn to Tyn Y Fron junction, Melin Y Wig.
This extends from its junction with Melin Y Wig to Betws Gwerfil Goch in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 1km.
This is also to facilitate resurfacing works by the council's works unit.
This order is effective from January 9, 2022 for an 18-month period or the earlier completion of the works, whichever is soonest.
The works are expected to last approximately until May 31, 2022.
