A FANTASTIC festive gesture in the Vale of Clwyd raised thousands for worthy causes.
Hill & Roberts chartered accountants, in Ruthin, raised £2,088 from its Christmas raffle, which will be divided equally between Vale of Clwyd Mind and St Kentigern Hospice.
Cllr Emrys Wynne drew the raffle on December 17 and details of the winners have been published on the Hill & Roberts Facebook page.
In addition, the sale of Christmas cards to raise money for a window in memory of Olivia Alkir at Efenechtyd Church raised £875.
This means that during 2021, Hill & Roberts managed to raise over £3,500 for local good causes.
"We are very grateful to our staff, our clients and the local community for supporting these excellent causes during this challenging time," said Ffion Hampson, partner at Hill & Roberts.
