Another good Friday entry of 960 prime hoggs were well sought to meet an SQQ of 256.8ppk.
A mixed show of hoggets being predominantly Welsh or Welsh crosses, but good meat about and a good trade!

Another good entry of store cattle with 121 forward.
Once again a very good trade.
Plenty of demand ringside ensuring plenty of competitive bidding and a buyer for everything.
A variety on show on the day, all finding a new home by the evening.
Heifers:
A total of 72 entered with an overall average of £1038.13; £1350 for a 21 month Lim from RG Roberts & Co, Berwynfa; £1310 for a 21 month Lim from IV & MC Evans, Bryn Ffynnon; £1300 for a 21 month Lim from RG Roberts & Co, Berwynfa.
A cracking consignment forward from Berwynfa created plenty of interest and rightly so.

Plentiful demand once again.

Dairies (auctioneer - Dafydd Parry):
Another successful monthly dairy sale at Ruthin. Get in touch if you have any cattle to sell for the next sale as the dairy section at Ruthin continues to attract plenty of interest. In calf and freshly calved cattle are required next month.
