The monumental sized burger comprises - a Welsh 6oz beef burger, with Welsh rarebit, slaw, and onion and bacon jam, served with loaded baked beans and English cheddar cheese fries.

Katie added: "Our local meat suppliers Stanley Jones butchers have come up trumps with the very finest Welsh beef for the patty and of course we have given it a Cymru slant with our indulgent Welsh rarebit addition.
"We pride ourselves on delivering the best of British produce and what better way to showcase it than in a super-stacked burger - it's a feast in every mouthful supped down with a majestic drink to really celebrate in style!"
Live music can be enjoyed at both venues on Friday's all throughout the summer and there will be additional live music in the garden at the Blk Sheep Baa & Grill, at The Plassey from 12-5pm Friday, June 2 - Sunday June, 5 which will be accompanied by a bbq for the Big Jack Burger.
Katie and her team will also be hosting a Best of British Quiz Night on Thursday, June 2 at Blk Sheep Baa & Grill, adding to the plethora of events taking place in their home at The Plassey throughout the double bank holiday weekend.
Katie added: "This type of occasion won't happen again in our lifetime so it's up to us all to make the most of it. We hope to see you all for a right royal knees up next month!"
