A good weekly entry of 174 store cattle forwards and a brisk trade throughout.
Heifers:
Heifers topping at £1315 for a BB 20 month old from TW & BV Evans, Ty Celyn.

It was a full house once again with an exceptional trade on all types.

A special entry of Lim and Hereford first calvers with Lim and Charolais calves at foot met a firm trade selling to £1620 with others to £1560 and £1470.

Aged Cows:
Hereford cow with 2 Lim bull calves at foot sold to £1580.
Lim cows with Lim bull calves sold to £1410.
Lim cow with Charolais heifer calf sold to £1210.
Stabiliser cow with Stabiliser bull calf sold to £1230.
Breeding bulls:
5 year old Lim bull from E R Jones, Cott Farm sold to £2205.
6 year old Lim bull from D J Thomas,Penrhos sold to £1680.
In-calvers:
A total of 18 in-calvers from Lewis, Gelliod Farm met a pleasing trade.
Heifers in calf to Lim bull due beginning to end of June sold as follows:
Hereford heifer sold to £890; Hereford heifer sold to £870; BB heifers sold to £810; AA heifer sold to £800; Lim 3rd calver in calf to Stabiliser sold to £1000.
Bulling heifers:
Smart 20 month old AA bulling heifers from Roberts, Graig Fawr sold to £870.

Prime lambs (auctioneer-Rich Lloyd):
Entries now increasing weekly on Fridays with 118 prime lambs forward on the day and a cracking trade.
SQQ of 325.5ppk with a consignment of 30kg Welsh lambs also selling well at £94.50.

44kg at £147 by Richard Roberts, Bronrefail; 48kg at £140 by Richard Roberts, Bronrefail; 43Kg at £137 by G P Roberts, Bodfeddan Farm.
