DENBIGH played host to British acting royalty on Saturday after former 'Spaced' star Jessica Hynes was spotted filming in the town.
The actress and director, born in South London in 1972, has gone on to star in theatre, film and television.
She is best known for her starring role in 'Spaced', a family sitcom that she co-created.
The actress has also starred in The Royle Family, Shaun of the Dead, Years and Years and the 2020 movie Roald and Beatrix in which she plays the mother of Welsh-born children's author Roald Dahl.

The talented star was reportedly spotted filming in Denbigh by an eyewitness this morning, Saturday, February 18.
The eye witness, who did not want to be named, said: "They were definitely filming something because they'd set up the camera outside the nearby hall.
"When I walked past again on the way back to the care, I couldn't see her.
"Going to have to keep an eye out in the TV listings.
"So strange, I never go into town on a Saturday morning; the one time I do, I see a famous person!
"Who knows what other celebs I've missed."

Though not confirmed by makers S4C, it is believed that Jessica is filming in North Wales this week for an episode of ‘Iaith ar Daith’ this week.
This is a programme in which celebrities with Welsh connections explore something of their Welsh roots, sample a bit of Welsh culture and learn some Welsh.
The show so far has seen celebrities such as Carol Vorderman, Ruth Jones, and Scott Quinnell, among others, learn more about Wales and explore their Welsh connection.
It also helped North Wales-raised actress Joanne Scanlon learn and subsequently act in Welsh in the bi-lingual drama Y Golau, or The Light, for both S4C and Channel Four.
