The report into the takeaway rated its hygienic food handling and the cleanliness and condition of its facilities and building ‘improvement necessary’, and the site’s management of food safety ‘major improvement necessary’.
It means that of Denbighshire's 103 takeaways with ratings, 51 (50 per cent) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
