A MAN was taken to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd following an accident in Ruthin.
The single-vehicle crash happened Lon Fawr.
A road was closed in both directions as a result of the accident.
A spokesperson from North Wales Police said on Tuesday, June 27: "We were called at 8.39am this morning to a report of a single-vehicle road traffic collision on Lon Fawr, Ruthin.
"Officers attended, along with colleagues from the Welsh Ambulance Service and the Wales Air Ambulance."
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 8.28am to reports of a single-vehicle road traffic collision involving a van on Lôn Fawr in Ruthin.
“We sent a paramedic in a rapid response car and an emergency ambulance to the scene, where crews were also supported by an air ambulance.
“One person was taken by road to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.”
The road has since reopened.
