AN AWARD-winning north Wales has been placed on the market.
The Three Eagles is a popular Bar and Grill situated in the heart of Llangollen.
The gastropub was initially launched as a bar and eating place at the former Wynnstay Arms building on Bridge Street.
Established in 2018, the Three Eagles is a striking former 18th century coaching inn spaced out over three floors.
It is now up for sale on the market through Hart & Co estate agents - either as a freehold sale or for someone to take on the lease.
The freehold guide price is £1.1m and the leasehold rent would be £72,000 per annum.
A description of the Three Eagles site from Hart & Co read: "Fully renovated and stylish Gastropub occupying a prime location within a principal North Wales tourist destination fitted out to exacting standards.
"The venue provides for exemplary indoor, exterior and private dining together with smart yet relaxed bar and events area. The most recent year end shows turnover circa £1 Million.
"The Business would suit those with the relevant experience or multi site operators looking for an outstanding flagship venue which enjoys an excellent reputation."

The Three Eagles has been part of the One Hundred Knights group which also looks after the likes of Tyn Dwr Hall, also in Llangollen.
The venue has won countless awards since opening in 2018 and was even ranked in the top ten per cent of restaurants worldwide after it won a prestigious award in 2020.
That was when it was recognised as a 2020 Traveller's Choice award winner on TripAdvisor.
