A MAN who was killed in a crash on the A525 near Ruthin earlier this month has been identified.
Paul George Spinks, of Claridge Drive, Middleton, Milton Keynes, died on Sunday, July 9.
At the opening of the inquest into his death, held in Ruthin yesterday (July 17), it was heard that Mr Spinks was riding his motorbike from Denbigh towards Rhewl at the time of the crash.

Mr Spinks, an electrician, was said to have lost control of his motorbike while negotiating a left-hand bend, and it crossed into the path of an Audi vehicle travelling in the opposite direction.
He made contact with the Audi, and the injuries he sustained ultimately proved fatal.
John Gittins, senior coroner for North Wales East and Central, adjourned the inquest to a date to be fixed.
Following his death, Mr Spinks was described by North Wales Police as a “much-loved family man” and a father to two girls.
