A WILDLIFE photographer has captured stunning pictures of a busy swallow parents.
Richard Bowler, who lives near Corwen, set-up a remote camera to document the bird couple fetching food for their young.
The humorous results show them swooping into an old stable past an old sign for cigarettes, bearing a tagline suggesting the swallows "will not affect your throat".
He explains: "The swallows are flying into our stables to feed their second young of the year.
"I thought I'd add a little bit more colour to the image by having them fly in front on an old tin cigarette sign I had."
The RSPB say swallows prefer outbuildings which provide dark ledges and nooks and crannies for nesting.
The nimble birds are able to enter a building through a very small hole and need very little light.
