AN “ICONIC” Denbigh pub has gone on the market, two years after closing.
The Brookhouse Mill, at Ruthin Road, closed in 2021 due to the death of the owners, yet remains “fully furnished and equipped” with a bar and large restaurant area.
The 9,000 square feet site is made up of three floors, with a “large and adaptable” apartment on the second floor.
With heavy beamed ceilings and an upholstered interior, the old inn also has extensive kitchen areas, five restaurant sections, a large conservatory and room for 168 covers.
The site also includes offers more than an acre of land, made up of secluded garden areas and a car park.

The Brookhouse Mill is on the market with Ruthin-based Cavendish Estate Agents for a price of £500,000.
The listing description of the property states: “The Brookhouse Mill has been a highly regarded Inn and restaurant for many years and became one of the most popular and regularly visited premises in The Vale (of Clwyd).
