HUNDREDS of people in Denbigh and Ruthin honoured the fallen on Remembrance Sunday.
In Ruthin, a service of Remembrance took place at the War Memorial, in Wynnstay Road.
The War Memorial had only recently been restored, and Ruthin Air Cadets and Mayor Cllr. Anne Roberts in attendance laying wreaths.

There was also a service at the memorial in Llanarmon.
In Denbigh, prayers were held at St Mary’s from 10am, followed by a parade of hundreds of people up to the War memorial.
Clwyd West MS Darren Millar, who attended the Ruthin service, said: “Large turnout for Remembrance service in Ruthin this morning, in spite of the wet weather.
“We will remember them.”
