AMBER Davies and her pro-skating partner Simon Proulx-Senecal have secured their place in the Dancing on Ice semi-final following a skate-off.
Denbigh's Amber secured a score of 38 for her performance. She was third place on the leaderboard but she found herself in the skate-off for the second time alongside English ski jumper and Olympian Eddie the Eagle. The 2017 Love Island winner was also in the skate-off on Sunday, February 18.
Eddie became the latest contestant to be eliminated from the show on Sunday, February 25.
West End star Amber, who attended Ysgol Glan Clwyd in St Asaph and was a former member of TiC (Theatre in the Community) drama group in Rhyl, attempted the first one-arm rotating layout on the show to secure her high mark.
The performers donned 70s-inspired outfits to take on Waterloo by Abba.
Prior to her skate, Amber said: "My personal skate [Amber took on 'Mama' by the Spice Girls last week] was one of the messiest I've done. I just crumbled.
"I could have gone out last week so I'm going to fight for my life this week."
Judges Johnny Weir, Oti Mabuse, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean each scored Amber and Simon 9.5.
