EMERGENCY SERVICES were in attendance at a fire at a derelict building in Denbigh.
Firefighters were at the blaze at an unused building on Nant Glyn Road.
They warned people to avoid the area while the blaze is tackled.
A North Wales Fire & Rescue Service (NWFRS) spokesperson said: "Firefighters are in attendance at a fire at an unused building on Nant Glyn Road, Denbigh – please keep away from the area as crews tackle the fire."
NWFRS were approached for an update.
