A POPULAR North Wales pub has shared renovation updates amid its £1.5 million refurbishment project.
The Bridge End in Llangollen closed in March this year in preparation for a complete transformation just months after it was taken over by new management team Aspire Inns Pub Company.
Owned by Robinsons Brewery and Country Village Inns LTD, the traditional pub overlooks the River Dee and is a favourite spot among locals and tourists.
The work includes a full refurbishment of seven letting rooms, new bathrooms, a function room, a new kitchen and a larger, more open bar area.

Matthew Cooper, Managing Director of Country Village Inns LTD said: "I’m confident that everyone will be happy with the finished product and can’t wait to open the doors and welcome everyone back."
The refurbishment is expected to take place for four-months with a reopening at towards the end of July. An exact date yet to be confirmed.
All further updates will be shared on the Bridge End Llangollen Facebook page.
