A CONCERT held at Denbigh Town Hall and organised by Cor Bro Aled Llansannan raised £5,000 for Gofal Dydd y Waen Rural Day Care Centre in St Asaph.
Cor Godre'r Aran and soloist Kate Griffiths, along with Cor Bro Aled, all gave their performances free of charge to a very large audience.
The day care centre opened in 2011, runs twice a week and supports people from Denbighshire and rural areas of Conwy.

It has cared for hundreds of adults of all ages living mainly in rural communities who have serious illness, and supported their families.
The centre also provides complementary therapies, chiropody and music therapy to those attending and those unwell at home.
