AN INQUEST has been opened into the death of a doctor in an incident at Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.
Jane Green, of Maesmawr Road, Llangollen, was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident on June 29.
At County Hall in Ruthin on Monday (July 8), an inquest was opened into the 51-year-old GP's death.
A pathologist's provisional cause of death following a post-mortem examination is head and neck and trauma.
A full inquest has been adjourned until a later date.
