A MAN from Rhyl who was wanted on recall to prison has been found and arrested.
Kieron Bellis, 29, was subsequently charged with failure to comply with a suspended sentence order (made at Mold Crown Court on April 13), and failure to reside as directed.

He was released on court bail, and is due to attend Mold Crown Court again tomorrow (July 30).
His bail was granted on the conditions that he lives and sleeps each night at a property on Clawdd Poncen, Corwen; and that he ensures that contact is made with the probation service.
Bellis was said to have links to the Corwen area when North Wales Police initially shared an appeal for help locating him.
