The Post Office in St Peters Square, Ruthin, has proposed key internal and external alterations.
Proposed changes include the installation of a canopy, CCTV cameras and lighting on the side elevation, as well as air source heat pumps on the rear of the property.
The refurbishment also includes painting the exterior and altering or replacing windows and doors.
