EMERGENCY services are in attendance following a crash near Denbigh.
The incident took place on the A525 between Denbigh and Llanrhaeadr.
Motorists have been told to avoid the area and seek alternative travel routes.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "North Wales Police are advising motorists to avoid the A525 from Denbigh to Llanrhaeadr due to a road traffic incident.
"Please consider alternative routes on your travels while emergency services deal."
