Denbighshire County Council is temporarily prohibiting traffic on the link footpath from A525 to Old Ruthin Road.
This ruling extends to vehicles, scooters, cyclists and pedestrians for retaining wall works by Denbighshire County Council.

The enforced council order is due to begin September 2 and is to be effective for an 18 period or until the construction concludes.
However, completion is predicted for around September 11.
Pedestrian access will not be maintained during this period, with an alternative route via Old Ruthin Road, path from Clos Dyffryn Clwyd to Old Ruthin Road, Clos Dyffryn Clwyd, Rhodfa Clawdd Offa, A525 Brookhouse Mill junction to roundabout signposted.
