A historic former school in Llanfair Dyffryn Clwyd, near Ruthin, is now on sale.
The Grade II listed building, built in 1862, was placed on the market with Legat Owen on behalf of Denbighshire County Council.
With a guide price of £300,000, the property covers roughly 4,113 square feet and comprises four large former classrooms on the ground floor, as well as offices, a kitchen, stores, and toilets.
The first floor features two more rooms, which previously functioned as classrooms or meeting rooms.
The former school occupies a "prime position" in the village, accessible from Wrexham Road (A525).
Built from traditional Tudor brick, it sports a pitched slate roof and large, "ornate" multi-panelled windows.
The site is enclosed by an "attractive" retained stone wall with railings above.
A spacious tarmacadam surface, previously used as a playground and car park, accompanies the property.
Hannah Baker, representing Legat Owen, said: "We are delighted to be instructed to market this attractive property on behalf of Denbighshire County Council which occupies a prime location in Llanfair Dyffryn Clwyd.
"Its historical significance contributes to the overall sense of place in the village."
