Cottage Cards and Crafts, located on Castle Street in the "thriving tourist hub" of Llangollen has been placed on the market.
The business is up for sale with Hart & Co, with an asking price of £124,999. The shop's leasehold is available, with an annual rent of £24,900.
Based in the middle of the town centre, the "must-visit" gift store is a popular site with locals and tourists offering a wide range of gifts and accessories.
The site is available due to the current owners looking to retire.
