The Visit Conwy Cambrian Rally will have a mix of former European and World Rally champions competing.
The event, starting and finishing in Llandudno on Saturday, is expected to attract many motorsport fans.
This year, the rally features a competitive line-up with British driver Chris Ingram, the 2019 FIA European Rally champion, battling for the Probite British Rally Championship title at the Cambrian.
Ingram will have to fend off competition from former British champion William Creighton, four-times champion Keith Cronin, and 2022 title holder Osian Pryce.
Last year’s Cambrian Rally winner, Tom Cave from Aberdovey, adds to the intense competition.
Ingram leads the championship battle by a narrow margin.
1984 World Rally Champion, Sweden’s Stig Blomqvist, will also be competing.
Blomqvist is set to display his driving skills in a Mini Cooper in the Historics category of the rally.
Russ Thompson, the previous interclub section winner, will be hoping to defend his title in the BTRDA Rally series finale.
Thompson faces tough competition from BTRDA Gold Star champion Elliott Payne and Matthew Hirst.
Thompson and Hirst are also in the running for victory in the Welsh Rally Championship.
However, they will need to outperform current championship leader James Giddings to clinch the title.
North Wales competitors Hugh Hunter and Iwan Roberts Jr are also expected to pose a challenge.
Hunter is known for his expertise in the Cambrian rally, while Roberts Jr hails from Ffestiniog.
Colwyn Bay's three-time British Rally Champion Matt Edwards will be co-driving for up-and-coming driver Bonamy Grimes.
The Cambrian rally is the final round of the Protyre British Trials and Rally Drivers’ Association Rally Series, and the Motorsport UK Pirelli Welsh Championship.
Both series feature tight battles for the championship titles.
The rally also serves as a round of the TCS Paint Rally Challenge, the Mini Challenge, the Association of North Western Car Clubs Championship, and the Stellantis Motorsport Cup.
This cup is contested in various events across Ireland and the UK.
