A gladiatorial superstar visited a school recently ahead of BBC Children in Need's Big Night of TV.
Steel, of the BBC show Gladiators, paid a visit to Ysgol y Parc school in Denbigh as part of a week-long tour of the UK.
The star's tour is intended to inspire children to get active and fundraise for BBC Children in Need.
Ysgol y Parc school won the visit by signing up for a free Schools Fundraising pack, which outlined how schools can raise funds for Children in Need.
During his visit, Steel conducted a special Movement and Motivation Masterclass for the children.
The workshop included a fitness challenge, where the children competed against the Gladiator to see who could complete the most star-jumps in a minute.
Steel also encouraged the children to think about their own Gladiator superpower - whether that might be being kind, being a good listener, or helping others.
Steel said: "School fundraisers ready!
"I was thrilled to be able to meet all the brilliant children and faculty at Ysgol y Parc school in South Wales today to challenge them all to move like a Gladiator in our Movement and Motivation Masterclass.
"I am honoured to be touring the UK with BBC Children in Need this week as it is an amazing opportunity to inspire the next generation to get active and improve their wellbeing while raising money for Pudsey.
"Everything that we raise together will help BBC Children in Need be there for children and young people when they need it most."
Paula Hassell at Ysgol y Parc school said: "Children in Need day is always one of the children’s favourite days of the year, and this year we went all out with all the children sporting Pudsey on our non school uniform day.
"It is so special that Steel has stopped by the school on his tour to put on an incredible session to inspire our children to be the next generation of Gladiators."
Steel's week-long tour will conclude with a live-streamed Gladiators event at 9.30am this Friday (November 15).
Schools will be able to join the livestream to watch the cast of BBC Gladiator take on school-game inspired challenges.
The segment will also feature shout-outs for schools, time to ask questions, and the chance for schools to vote for their favourite Gladiator.
BBC Children in Need’s Night of TV will be broadcast on BBC One and iPlayer from 7pm on Friday, November 15.
