BALA Town's brilliant run in the Cymru Premier League continued as they hit winless hosts Airbus UK Broughton for six.
George Newell grabbed a hat-trick for Colin Caton's impressive Lakesiders in a 6-0 triumph and the top of the Cymru Premier League now has a familiar look about it.
The New Saints lead the way following an unbeaten start, with Connah's Quay Nomads now up to second and Bala find themselves in third position on the back of three wins on the trot.
Airbus caretaker manager Mark Allen made three change to the starting line-up, with Jamie Crowther, Tyler McManus and Elliott Orton all coming in.
There were no changes for Bala from their midweek triumph over Newtown.
The Wingmakers started the game well, but Caton's side were in the lead within 12 minutes.
Nathan Peate had a crack from distance and his effort beat Lewis Dutton in goal.
The visitors were two-up minutes later.
Newell broke inside the defensive line and tapped in from close range.
The Wingmakers then pushed for a goal, with Mamudo Dabo breaking through the line to get one-on-one with Alex Ramsay, only for the Bala keeper to shepherd the ball out for a goal kick.
George Peers was inches away from his header from a Ryan Edwards cross as the Wingmakers looked for a route back into the match.
Then, in the 43rd minute, Bala got their third goal as Newell tapped in again after some a neat play.
Things got even better for the visitors when they scored a fourth goal just prior to the interval.
Chris Venables was there to head home from a corner.
The second half was a much quieter affair and the first chance fell to Mikey Burke.
The number 15 broke down the right and there were shouts for a possible handball from his cross, but these were ignored.
There was a fine finish to the evening for Bala.
In the 86th minute, the Lakesiders got their fifth.
Adam Roscrow tapped in for the visitors and just two minutes later, it was 6-0.
Newell completed his hat-trick with a strike that left Lewis Dutton with no chance.
Speaking to S4C's Sgorio after the game, man of the match Newell said: "We had a bit of a slow start, but I think we're getting a bit of momentum now.
"We're all getting used to each other. There's a couple of new lads and we just want to keep it going."
Newell added: "I'm loving it so far.
"As soon as I come, in training and the first game, I knew they were a good side with some good players, so I'm loving it at the moment."
Asked whether Bala could overhaul The New Saints in the title race, he stressed: "We will have a right go.
"I mean, there's no point aiming for second or anything like that.
"You've got to try and have a go."
