THERE were some great individual Denbigh Harriers results in the final North Wales Cross Country fixture in Oswestry.
Both the men's and women's teams finished sixth in Division One after a great club turnout throughout the season, while there was also a haul of individual medals.
Emma Collins was the first F60, Dave Passe - in his cross country debut for the club - was the second M70 and Mel Morris claimed the third F45.
In addition, junior members Gruff Price and Henry Jones also taking third position in the U17 and U11 classes respectively.
Last Sunday saw this year's staging of the popular Nick Beer Memorial 10k race in Llandudno.
This is a tough road race around the Great Orme, but Denbigh Harrier Alaw Medi flew round the course to finish as the ninth overall female, and 83rd out of 551 runners, in a brilliant time of 45.17.
The Village Bakery Half Marathon also took place on Sunday - this is another popular race with many runners achieving personal bests on this flat, road half.
Denbigh Harrier Liza Francis was no exception and was over the moon to break the two-hour mark, finishing 973rd in in 1-59.15.
